    Hello @Z_BI

Is this something you have to routinely do, or is it a one-time task?

You could create an XLSX file with a table and input your desired headings, then use a Get CSV or CSV Parser template to fill in that XLSX table with the CSV values: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Cookbook/CSV-to-Dataset/td-p/1508191

And if this is a routine thing, you could just keep an unfilled template file with your headers in SharePoint or Onedrive & have the flow make a copy of that template file to fill each time this runs.
