I have a SP list with different room info e.g.
One of the things I want to be able to do is generate (planner?) tasks automatically based on the zone info. i.e. Red zone generates a task every 3 months, amber 6, green 12 based on the previous inspection date or immediately if there isn’t one.
Could someone help me with setting this up? I'm not sure if a need to setup another list that looks up this list or add columns to this list any tips on where to start would be gratefully received...
