I would like to move a file from one folder using their path to another folder.
For example, I have the folder1/folder2/file.txt path that I want to move to the folder3/folder4/folder5 path.I tried with File System, but "Append file" does not work with folders.

I answered your question on the other thread you posted. Please do not post the same thing multiple times.
If you want to MOVE files you must use the
Move File Action
If you want to copy then use the Copy Files

Can I add a recurrence, so that the flow happen every 1 hour?

To do the Line 35: Choose which flows should be triggered (remember to enable this line). You could run multiple flows, do I need to have the premium license?
