Run Power Automate Desktop as Admin - Help Please?

Hi all, I have a Power Automate Desktop Flow that will, as one of it's steps, run a PowerShell Script.

This PowerShell Script is very simple, it adds an inputted user as a local admin on a remote computer. The script in itself works but when running it with my Flow I always get an Output of Access Denied.

If I were to run the PowerShell script in ISE I would need to run ISE as admin. I am a local admin on my PC and I have ISE (all versions) to run as administrator automatically but when ever my Flow runs, I get access denied.

Is there somewhere I can fix this? I've even went as far as disabling UAC (just for testing) and it's still not executing my code.

Thanks in advance.
