How to get dowloaded file name Power Automate Desktop

  • How can I get the file name which is recently downloaded from the browser and every time the file name is changed?
  • I have a Desktop application in which I have to download an excel report and I click on the download button then how can I get the file name?
  • And We have multiple files to download then what do I do?

    Get Files from the downloads folder

    make sure you go to Advanced and Sort by Last Modified Descending.

    the most recent file will be %Files[0]% which would be the first file in the list of %Files%

    Hi @Zulqarnain97 ,

    You can specific the download path in Get files in Folder.

    Just enable the option and if you required first file specify variable[0]

    ex:-%Files[0]%
