Hi All, I am new to Power Automate and seeking some assistance with MSForms.  There is no solution to my dilemma in the MSForms platform and hoping this team of experts can assist me.

I am creating MS Forms for open enrollment for several teams. Each team (question) has a specific number of openings. How do I go about creating a form to capture a specific number of responses per question and then closing the question so people know that team is full and no longer accepting entries? For example, question one (team one) will have 11 openings available, question two will have 4 openings available for sign up, etc..

Is it possible for to use Microsoft Power Automate Flow for this solution? For example, once the form has been filled for a specific number of times per question (limit the number of responses on a MS form) then it stops accepting responses entries.

Fingers crossed someone here may be of assistance.

    Hi @Skaneshige

I'm afraid there is no way to meet your needs using Power Automate currently, there are no actions available to edit forms.

If you want to this feature be added in future versions, you can submit you idea here.
