Hi all,
Each time any approval is sent, it contains my details, as the creator. Is it possible to remove this from the approval and notifications process?
@Jonathan-101 It depend on how the approvals are being generated. For example, if approvals requests are sent when a new item is created on a Sharepoint list and multiple have access to and create items on that list, the approval request will come from the person who created the new item and not you. So can you share more details about how the approval requests are being created?

I have a flow that runs when a form is completed, which then sends an email approval to the lone manager.
