AI Builder Form Processing Issues

Hello,  I am working on a form processing app, which is intended to use  data from an in-built form, it has a scanned copy of the original form(traditional paper form)  attached. Now this in-built form provides data that I would like for an AI builder to place in the respective areas on the scanned(traditional paper form) Quite the opposite of what the normal business card scanners and form processing AI solutions I have seen in the power platform do. Is there any available template I can resort to or any know-how that I need to learn in order to achieve my objective?

    Hi @christianugbor,

    Thanks for posting the question.

Have you tried building an AI Building Form Processing model with the forms you want to extract the data? The following learning path will guide you on how to build your own Form Processing AI model: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/get-started-with-form-processing/

Thanks @JoeF-MSFT for your swift response, as regarding your question...yes I have. and the result was that i couldnt implement that because that isnt what exactly i want to achieve with the process am working on using an AI Builder... It is this simple if I may rephrase the problem this way: I want to create and IA builder that will fill out a form.

The AIB(my abbreviations for AI Builder) takes data from Form1/screen1 (a form filled out and in the process of being submitted) and slot them(the data from form1) in various fields and areas of an Image2 or PDFviewer2 (Image2/PDFviewer is a scanned copy of a paper form)

The aim is for the supervisor to receive a digitally filled out form that looks exactly as what they have going with the traditional way of filling out a form, prints it out, signs it and sends it out in a paper form.

    Hi @christianugbor,

It seems UI flows can help here by automating your UI process. More info here: https://flow.microsoft.com/ui-flows/

And this is a great demo that brings AI Builder + UI Flow together: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxJ2Zch7M2o

Is this closer to what you are trying to achieve?
