We're looking to streamline our user creation process by utilizing Microsoft Power Automate Desktop to create users in our on-premises Active Directory.
What exactly is the role of Active Directory Actions within Microsoft Power Automate? How can we leverage these actions effectively to automate user creation tasks?
Basically, We want to create users in the on-premises Active Directory using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop when an item is created in the SharePoint list.
Any insights or best practices would be greatly appreciated!

First you create desktop flow by referring the below MS document
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/pad-active-directory/
then you can create power automate cloud flow with trigger "When SharePoint item is created" and invoke Active Directory desktop flows.
