How to publish my business process flow to other user

I follow the guidance for BPF.

When I email a link to others ， they get

You do not have enough privileges to access the Microsoft Dynamics 365 object or perform the requested operation. For more information, contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator.

Anyone could help?

when you create an immersive flow BPF , it creates a new entity with the name of your BPF Example:cr2d2_createtaskfordepartmentemployees

So you need to make the user is assigned a security role that has permissions on this entity.
