Export Power Apps data to Excel in CSV format

Hello.

 

Im trying to Export from powerapps to Excel with help of #Reza Dorranis video Export Power Apps data to Excel in CSV format - YouTube

 

I manage to get it to work but when i open the CSV file in excel, all the data it in one column of the row and not splitted in to different columns.

 

I attach my flow and hope someone can guide me what im missing.

    Hi @Mattias_C 

     

    I hope you're doing well.

     

    When you open a csv file your data appears in one single column separated with commas. 

    This related with your computer's regional setting and not because you are doing something wrong in the flow.

     

    To view your csv the way you're expecting without changing your computer settings please do the following steps:

    - Create a new excel file.

    - Click on Data tab and then From Text/CSV option

    - Locate your csv file and click Import.

    - Preview the result in the pop-up window, make sure the delimiter is set to Comma and click the Load button.

    If the preview is not giving you the expecting results you can change the encoding and delimiter if needed.
