Scheduled Flow w/ SharePoint List (Row)

Is it possible to schedule a flow to send out approvals to certain individuals to review a list item in SharePoint? I am trying to create an approval flow to send out automatically on a schedule using power automate but just want individuals to review a list item in SharePoint and provide their review comments using the start and wait for an approval action. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Depends on how complex you want this to be. You could send out an Adaptive Card or Email to the user with a hyperlink to the item, have them click the link and do their work there, then go back to the email or adaptive card and interact with it to close the Flow.

Alternately, you could build a sharepoint list for tracking. Have two Flows, the first to check for approvals needed and send out the notice to the user, make a List entry to say the notice was sent, then the second flow triggers on item update and checks against the List to see if a notice was sent on that item and if the item was successfully completed, then sends a notice that the approval is complete.

Thank you! Where in the flow would I link to item? Would that be the start/wait for approval?

You'll want to use the Get Items action to pull the related List items you want links for. Then use an Apply To Each action to loop through the results, within which you have access to the item link as a dynamic field:
