I need to copy attachments in a SPO list to a document library. I ran the flow. The attachments did show up in the document library but the flow history says my flow failed. (Apply to each is really 1 and 2, I deleted the previous Apply to Each).

Then this is the run history where it says it failed

But when I go to the destination library, I see the attachments which is what I wanted. So I don't know why the flow says it failed

Hi @SS-21042158-,

Just a quick question, based on the trigger I assume,whenever a item in the list is added or modified, you want to load that attachments for that list item to be in document library right?

If my assumption is correct, then is there a reason for get items actions, if a new record is added, it will reiterate all the items in the list and gets added to document library again and again.

And can you click on next failed option in apply to each 3 loop and share the screenshot of the error message, based on that we can provide better answer
