I am on non-technical client executive, and on a regular basis, I schedule meetings that include customers and my internal team. The customer is always a critical participant. On a frequent basis, the team and I join the meeting, but the customer is not on. When I look at tracking, I discover that the customer never RSVP'd. If the customer declined, I would receive an alert and take the appropriate action, but I do not receive an alert when the customer fails to RSVP. I know I can proactively check tracking, but when back-to-back all day, that does not always happen. I am trying to create a flow that sends alert each afternoon that lets me know who, on the to: line, did not RSVP for meetings that is scheduled on the following day. I have been unable to resolve the error pictured below. In addition to improving my productivity, I want to use this Power Automate as a demonstration that it is so simple, anyone can do it. I deeply appreciate any guidance that you can provide. Thanks!
