Hello, I am trying to create an flow to when a item is created or modified, instantly create an item in another SharePoint list. At first, it work it. But, when i updated/modified the item in my original list, my flow doesn't create an item with the new information, although it just duplicate the first one.

Could someone help me with this?

Can you show what you are putting in the fields to Create Item?

Can you explain more about what is happening? I don't understand the sentence because I think there might be a language translator on this forum.

What is getting duplicated or created? Are you expecting when you modify an item in the original list to modify the item in the second list?

Here, it's basically the dynamic content from list.

What is getting duplicated or created? Are you expecting when you modify an item in the original list to modify the item in the second list?

I want to whenever an item is created in my original list an copy is also created in my List2. But when the item in the original list is modified i don't want to updated my item in my second list, i want to create another item with the updated information.

Could you help me?
