License warning - premium flows are turned off

Hello community,

My dashboard displaying an error saying premium flows are turned off and I should upgrade my power automate license. Upgraded license yesterday and added a Power Automate Per User Plan so I don't know why I'm seeing this.

I expected license changes to be almost immediate. Is there a missing step or should I just keep waiting?

Kind regards.

I'm getting the same thing and I've had the Power Automate subscription for over a year... I assume this is a glitch but still concerning.

That's good to hear, sort of. Sounds like a glitch. The premium flows are still working so I assumed I may have been in some sort of grace period.

We are seeing this on one of our accounts also.
"Your premium flows are turned off. Purchase, extend, or renew a Power Automate license or submit a request to your admin" even though the account is licenced with "Power Automate Per User Plan" SKU.

Is there any update on this issue ?

I too am seeing this and I too purchased a power automate per user license and the issue is still there. Any resolution yet?

This issue is still persisting into the new year. Any resolution for anyone yet?

All sorted. MS support helped with tracking down one flow out of many that was producing a billing error. It was a shared flow that had premium license removed.

Hi @DSFlemming, Did they give you any tips how to locate or did they track it down in the backend for you ?

Also looking for the solution to this.

2 admin accounts - both have the licenses

1 service account - (used to establish connections) - This account has never needed a license

The support agent looked at each suspended flow and made a short flow to get the output

From memory, this is what we did.

Get the ID of the flow that has been suspended

You can grab that from the URL when you edit it.

Make another flow that uses that ID in the Get Flow as Admin action. Search for "automate admin" and you should see it.

Look at the raw output and you'll see the reason why the flow was suspended.

He had to search through a few flows but in my case the reason was "Billing" or similar which means the user of the shared flow didn't have a per user plan.

If you have a per user plan you can log a support case. He was very prompt, and we sorted it out by the next day. I'd never have worked it out otherwise.

    Cheers, Dale
