Every package that comes with Microsoft Flow says Unlimited Flows but I just got an error message saying that too many flows have been created - "user has used 50 of a maximum 50 flows."

Upgrading to a premium package didn't help. Anyone?

No matter which plan you use, there is an implicit limit of 50 flows per user. We have observed that the average user does not create more than 5-10 flows. The "Unlimited flows" applied in the context of such users but is neverthless incorrect. I will open a bug to track fixing the documentation and make it more clear what the limits are per plan.

Well all of the flows are such that attachments in emails sent to our Admin address are stored in a particular SharePoint folder. The problem is that there are 65 folders. If the user has "Folder 1" in the subject line of their email, the attachment is stored in Folder 1 in SharePoint. If the user has "Folder 2" in the subject line of their emial, the attachement is stored in Folder 2, etc. etc.

Is there any way around this without creating 65 unique Flows?

Hi @hughrmarks,

You can use the filter condition for each subject line check. Of course it is going to be one long flow with lots of conditions 🙂

I just thought of that after I posted my message and it worked fine. There are 10 categories each with 6 or 7 folders so I will create a flow for each category with six or seven conditions each. Thanks so much for the reply!

Hi,
I have difficulties with this limitation to 50 flows. I want to store in a sharepoint with 250 different folders (one per country) the invoices that we send by emails to our customers. So I created the 50 first flows but now I'm blocked and despite upgrading, no possibility to create more flows...
I'm desaperate ! When I discovered flow, I was so happy to find a solution to my need and now ... limited ...
And I don't see how to do it with the "filter conditions". I have did not find them.

Can somebody help me ?
