Updating Calendar Event in Outlook

Hi all!

I have a question that seems simple, but I have not been able to figure it out

I have an account that recieves events and forwards it to a group of people using power automate. This is working perfectly fine. The issue is, if the organizer changes the event time, or cancels the event, this does not get updated for the group of people I sent it to. How do I create a flow to do this, or how do I make changes to my current flow.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi @Powerhouse ,

Can you post a screenshot of your flow.

Just tested with the below and made a change to the original meeting from my calendar and the changes came across.

The updates should happen outside of your flow which should only update the event with attendees you are forwarding to.

Are you using the 'When an event is created' trigger?

    Hi Eric

So basically I have this flow:

When an event gets forwarded to me, I create an event and send to required atendees:

I now need to make it so that if the organizer who sent me the meeting invite changes the time, or cancels the meeting, the forwarded group of people also get this update.

Essentially Eric, imagine I recieve an invite from you. I am then sending that invite to someone else. If you happen to change the time or cancel, I need to replicate that for those I sent the meeting to. Could you help me with that?
