Refresh Excel Application, Copy data and past in online excel

Hello Members,

I was trying to build a flow that can run every 15 minutes where, I want to refresh the Excel application (Desktop) Copy the data from desktop Excel, and paste it on another Excel that is available on SharePoint.

Flow would be like this > Schedule 15 Mins > Open Desktop Excel Refresh it, Copy data (Such as Name, Status, and ID) > Paste this data on the Excel available on SharePoint (under one folder)

    Perhaps you can explain why the local excel file can't be a separate Sharepoint file also? It would simplify things if both excel files were on Sharepoint. You wouldn't even need Power Automate at that point because you could import the table in one excel into a different. Whenever File A is updated, the data auto refreshes in File B. You could also control when it refreshes within Excel itself (i.e. when file is opened, every X minutes, etc).

    @JacksonDas

    This is more of a Power Automate Desktop solution, to do what you want.

    If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others
