Hello,
I am creating a tracker where I have my coworkers put their name in the tracker and whomever in my orginization choose theirself as the IT Technician, I would like for an automotive email to be sent from their equipment with them interacting with the customer. I have created the flow chart however when trying to grab the data from the IT Technician email in the column, it states that I do not have the permissions/access to do so.
Is there any possible work around? Here is my flow
The information you are getting from your flow is correct. In order to send e-mail from someone else's mailbox, they need to give you permission to send e-mails on their behalf. This is for security reasons as you would not want anyone in your company to be able to create flows that send e-mails on behalf of anyone else especially your CEO for example.
