How do I can make this?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

The global variables are not available yet. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform-release-plan/2020wave1/power-virtual-agents/use-global-variables-across-topics-within-bot

But you can create an action (Power automate) that after filled the variables, you can call the workflow sending all parameters. And your workflow (power automate), save on the Excel file the values. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/advanced-flow
