Dynamic parameters for "Update a Row" action in PAD

Hi team,

I have a problem with action "Update a row" (Excel online business) in PAD. I used variables for filename and table id (file on a sharepoint site) and it every time new one for each run.

But I have error "Dynamic input schema couldn`t be retrieved" and cann`t type parameters for updating column values.

If I chose file directly sure I can work. But I need to have dynamic values.

Gas anybody the same issue?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi,

these file and table parameter should be the ID of corresponding objects, so for the file field, pass the identifier of file or pass the file path in following format - Shared Documents/Data/file.xlsx

Thank you for your answer. But sure I use this format for file. You can see two variables on the first screen - first variable is folder path like Shared Documents/Data/ and second variable is dynamic file name like file.xlsx.

Hi,

Seems like it is a bug with PAD Excel online actions. They are not able to support dynamic values as it was in cloud flow. I tried with using file identifier and table id but still it was getting same error , the error occured due to as it was not able to find the table schema so to make fields appear.

But i would like any other community member to confirm or if there is any workaround for this
