Error: Unable to connect to a required endpoint

Hi,
I am experiencing an error in Power Automate Parent Flow.
I created a parent flow which use many child flows inside. These flows are located in the "solutions" area. Now overnight the parent-flow seems to have connection issues. 

Does someone have an idea how to resolve this issue?

    Did you get any resolution to this? I'm experiencing the same and sometimes it even gets rid of references to these broken connections in an effort to 'fix' the orphaned references

    No resolution. We replaced every connection in the workflow. Since then everything worked accordingly. Still no clue why the connections were broken.
