File Upload with Notes

Folks,

I am using a trial version of PowerApps Portal for a solution evaluation, currently stalled with the file upload feature. I am using file upload with Notes option and setting the file size limit, type and error message in the "additional setting" tab but unfortunately, it is not working.

I am not getting the error message, and the application loads the file with exceeding size and does fail at time but in both case there is no error notification.

Are there any restrictions due to Trial Version ? or am I making any mistake when setting it up, let me know if any other alternatives way to use Notes based file upload

Thanks in advance

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you want to add a Note configuration into your Entity form in your Portal?

Do you mean that the "Error Message" configuration not work within your Portal?

If you want to add a Note configuration into a Entity form, please check and see if the following article would help in your scenario:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/configure-notes

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please make sure your have enabled "Entity Permission" for your current Edit form. And the Web Role which is assigned to you has sufficient permission to access Notes Entity.

The error message works well as below:

Also please check if you have configured the Notes functionality within your proper Entity form.

    Best regards,
