AI Builder credits consumed but "Request an extension" option no longer available

Hello everyone,

 

I’m facing an issue with AI Builder in Power Automate.

Our AI Builder license is still active (expires in April), but the AI credits have been fully consumed.

 

Normally, when credits are exhausted, we always see the “Request an extension” option, and we are able to request additional temporary credits.

But this time, the option no longer appears.

 

Is this a recent Microsoft change?

Has the “Request an extension” option been removed or replaced with Copilot AI Credits?

If the license is still active, why can’t we request an extension as usual?

    You can manage your AI credits from the Power Platform Admin Center:

    Licensing → Capacity add-ons → Summary → AI Builder Credits

    HELP, I too have same  issue and nowhere can i find anywhere to even purchase more credits for ai builder OR CO PILOT ??  i havent had  working AI Builer  Flows working for two weeks and  thesre are work flows in my business
