Create new comment in ServiceNow using PowerAutomate

Hi all

 

I have a wish to update an existing incident in ServiceNow using PowerAutomate with a new comment.

 

For example:

I manage to connect to ServiceNow and get the Incident System Id using Get Record. I then use the System Id to make an Update Record where I set the comments field and one additional field 3rd part reference (I believe that field might be something that is specific for or configuration).

When I run the flow I get the response status "200" but that values are not updated in ServiceNow.

Do you have any ideas why it isn't updated and if it's correct to update the incident and the field comments to achieve what I'm aiming for?
