What is "PowerApps per app baseline access"  ? Can we use this license to access PowerApps with out premium features?

  • Ex: List based apps
  • If not What is the utility of "PowerApps per app baseline access"?
  • What is the difference between trial license and "PowerApps per app baseline access" ?
