unitedkingdom.flow.microsoft.com closed the connection, I cannot access my flows anymore due network error, how to solve this?

When I try to access my flows I get the following message:

 

unitedkingdom.flow.microsoft.com closed the connection

 
I also get network error etc. My colleagues also cannot reach the page, is this a temporary error?
