Hi All

I am trying to create a case in Dynamics 365 with an email which comes to a D365 Mailbox.

Should be a simple flow bt I am getting the error as below

{
"status": 400,
"message": "Invalid lookup_type value",
"source": "xx",
"debugInfo": "xx"
}

    Hi,

    I encountered the same issue. Please populate "Customer Type" field and give it a try.

    Hi @ParamRamanan ,

    Could you please share a screenshot of the run history when the flow has run failed?

    Which action run failed in your flow?

    Best regards,

    Alice
