I have a flow and list where people who sign up for classes but i wanted a flow to update the items if someone cancels, in a selection column on the list with the option of "Is Not Attending". It has to look at the specific person who filled out the form (by a name entry option in the form and NOT the generic responder email trigger), by class, which is a static entry, and by the students email. all of these are on the form as fillable replies. here is what i have so far, as it is not working with the following:

anyone have any ideas? this is not working as it currently sits.

    Hi @alexb11,

How you configrue your filter query in the get items?

Actually, to capture the records that matches to the person who fill in the form, you need to select the responder’s email fro the dynamic content of Get response details.

Then update item based on that record.

    Hi @alexb11,

    Your configuration is correct.

Could you please tell me where it doesn't fit your needs, where you say it doesn't work?

essentially, when i run the flow, it does not update the item that the "Get Items" query is identifying. as it these should be unique with the parameters i set, as no one will have signed up for the same class twice with the same email and/or name.

This is the parameters for the update item part

the only part i want to be updated is that last column being "Did user cancel?" and it should select the "Yes" option

    Thanks!

    HI @alexb11,

I think you should check if the rows your Get items returns is correct.
