MS bookings to SharePoint list - missing fields on some services

I have set up 3 flows for a bookings calendar, created, updated and cancelled, to update a SharePoint list. There are 8 services on the bookings calendar and each has 1 custom question. The flows all work but for 1 service it is not pulling across the custom question answer on the created flow (it does pull it across when the updated flow runs). This service is set up the same as the others the only difference is the length of the appointment (not the longest or shortest). The custom question is the same for all 8 services. Also, none of the flows are bringing across the customer notes from the booking form? Has anyone else had these problems? I can post screenshots of the flows when I'm back at work tomorrow.
