Flow run failed -- Looking for suggestion to fix this

Hello Folks,
 
I am getting following error  when i executing flow for move files from one sharepoint online library to another .
 
 
 
Action 'Move_file' failed: Missing or mismatched field definition on the destination list for source field 'DashboardStatus' type 'Choice'. Source site template id 'TeamCollaborationSite', target site template id 'TeamCollaborationSite'. Total blocked root objects in this operation is [1]. clientRequestId: 0e58185b-d792-45cc-a3d9-1f1c95d24903 serviceRequestId: 94d771a1-2087-7000-6e0f-2b4136e4c7aa

    Like the error message mentions, there seems to be a mismatch in source and target fields in both libraries. They need to be the same in source and target for the move file action to be able to work.
     
    Have you tried adding the DashboardStatus field (which is a choice field) to the destination library?
