Hi All,

I would like open a file with the default program on my device. For example, open a PDF file with Adobe.

I think there is a solution with Power Automate Desktop but, impossible to find a solution with the web version of Power Automate.

Please, could you help me ?

To achieve what you need you must use power automate desktop.
I recommend you use the "Run Application" block and select the file you want to open.

Hi @DiegoRB ,

Yes but with that, I think it won't be possible to connect that with my Apps (Power Apps) for each user and on each device (smartphone, desktop, ...). Right ?

Hi @Charlie ,
You can create a flow that is triggered from the powerapp and run a robot on power automatic desktop, but each user will trigger the same robot on the same PC.
