Create Item failing due to SP character limit, but limit already increased and will not sync with Power Automate process

This is the error I am getting, BUT I have already updated the SP column to "multiple lines of text" and an upper limit of 1,000 lines. I made the update yesterday and Power Automate and SP still are not communicating the change.

When I submit the form with 255 or fewer characters for that column, the flow functions. When I manually input more than 255 characters into the SP column, it saves.

Form details: the question on the Form that populates the column has a preset list of options and users can select as many as they need.

What am I missing? Please help. I need this to work by the end of the day.

I understand the frustration, but that is the only solution I know of to fix your issue.

I cannot test that right now because the process is live and being used. Also, since the Create Item that is failing is at the top of the flow, that removes all the SP related dynamic content I have in the rest of the flow so I'd have to redo all that and can't have that much downtime for the tool right now.

Did you remove the existing connection and create a new one?

    It has already been overnight.

That has not been my experience or what I've seen reported by other people.  If you were using the connection in Power Apps you would need to manually refresh the connection in the app.  But there is no option for that in Power Automate. If the schema changes in the Flow I've always had to create a new connection and wait overnight for the cache to age out, unless I was using a Connection reference.

Whenever I've made updates to a SP column, either through creation or changing its settings, the only thing I've ever needed to do it refresh the browser Power Automate is in and the additional data/columns/settings would sync. This hasn't synced since yesterday despite refreshes, restarts, clearing caches, etc.

The problem is that changing the SharePoint schema after you've created the connection doesn't update the connection.  The flow still thinks that field is a simple text field.  There is no easy way to get it to use an updated connection.  If you create a new connection it will still tend to use the cached version for about a day.  You can delete the old connection entirely and create a new one, but that is a problem if that connection is used by other flows.
