Action "Create text with GPT using a prompt", run AI prompt on doc, record AI response in table

Hi, I am trying to build a Power Automate flow that runs a custom AI prompt on a word document, records the response, then repeats the process with other documents in the same folder. I am getting the following error. Also, when I test my AI prompt, it is providing a generic response and obviously pooling nothing from the document. Do I have incorrect parameters?

That is rather difficult to read but the error message says that your prompt is effectively too large.

Try to use the same prompt for DeepSeek instead of ChatGPT.

Ok looks like it is running but I'm not getting an AI response.

You’re using a text input for your prompt & inserting the file base64 as text to the prompt. That won’t work.

You could try using a proper file input for the prompt but I’m not sure that will work on a Word file.

You may be best off converting the Word to a PDF & inserting that content in a proper file prompt input.

Thanks @takolota1 for your response. I took your advice and converted to a PDF but looks like the prompt wouldn't run. I even made the pdf just two pages and it wouldn't work. :/
