Hi, my team is using Approval in Teams to approve time off. I am hoping to create a flow to add leaves to a Teams or Outlook Calendar. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Are you looking to update the one you have so that when people request time off it does it then (after approval), or do you want a brand new one that triggers on some condition?
The easiest thing to do would be:
If you have a condition to check if the approval was done, to add a Create event (V4) as there are many lol, in the same flow, pointing that at a Shared Calendar, as you should have all the details since it was submitted and approved already.
