Microsoft Forms and Power Automate (Power Apps and Flow)

Hi. I need to create a form that has a workflow and populate a SharePoint site with the form responses (like how a SharePoint list displays in a view).

I created the form in Microsoft Forms. I cannot figure out how to set up the workflow using Power Automate or how to get the form results on a SharePoint site.

Hi @Anonymous

It's a 3 step process. First trigger if there's a reply. Then get the details and finally insert them into the SharePoint list.

Thanks for responding so quickly. I created for form using Microsoft Forms. Was this correct? So the only thing I need to do is follow the 3 steps you list below. I will give this a try.

Hi,

I am not able to see the Microsoft form in the Form ID box dropdown list. The form is created by others but I am able to edit the form outside. Please help someone with this.
