    Do this please.

    1. Go to Solutions in Power Automate
    2. Create a Solution

    3. Add the Flow to the solution
    Step to do so
    a) Open Solution by clicking its link once it appears
    b) Click the Cloud Flows Section or the All
    c) Click Add Existing and select Automation ==> Cloud Flow

    d) because the flow is NOT already in a solution, click the Outside Dataverse Tab (assuming you do not see it in the From Data verse Tab)

Next, Select it and choose Add at the bottom

Once you do that follow these steps

    1. I want you to open ANOTHER tab and go to powerautomate.com (which will give you another Maker Portal Tab), make sure you are in the same environment 1 you made the solution
    2. Click on Solutions on the left
    3. DO NOT click on any solutions, JUST click the Publish All Customizations at the top

When asked, tell it to export as a Managed Solution. NOTE: if you want to edit it in the next environment export as Unmanaged, if you DO NOT want people editing it in the next environment select Managed

Once it export it, it will have a Green or Yellowish Bar just below the Solutions menu saying its done and you should be able to click DOWNLOAD, which puts it in your Downloads folder

Move the file somewhere, I suggest to keep track of the versions (up to you), it will auto version every time you export.

    4. Go to the Other environment
    5. Go to powerautomate.com there
    6. go to Solutions tab again
    7. Select Import Solution

it will ask you to select the Zip file
Browse to your file and click it
    Then select Import

If you have any Connections to data, its going to have a Step to either Create those in the other environment or update them.

once its done, your flow will be in that environment.

Anytime you update Environment 1, follow the same steps. The difference is, the next time you do it to Environment 2, it will know its an update.

If this Resolves your Issue please Mark the answer as such and maybe a like.

    Cheers!

I completely agree that what @VictorIvanidze said would work too, but this is more than just about migrating a flow, its about leveraging the proper tooling via Solutions to do it.

Solutioning is intentional for many reasons related to versioning, management, rollback, promoting through environments in a ReadOnly way (so people cannot change it) and a huge variance of others.

Either solution will work so they are both Correct but if you hired me in your business I would tell you to use solutions. So feel free to mark both answers or neither or whatever your preference.

Also I am moving this to power automate as its not a Power Apps question

    Cheers
