I am working on a chatbot, where when we start off we are showing the below options for the user to select
Each of these options are seperate topics
- HR
- Admin
- Facilities
Currently, whenever the users selects one of the option an adaptive card will be displayed which in turn calls a power automate flow to save the data in microsoft list
Now, sometimes what is happening is
- the user selects Admin and an admin adpative card shows up.
- User without entering any data in the adaptive card, scrolls up and selects HR
- Admin card adaptive card shows again instead of HR
My requirement is ,
- when they select HR in #2,
- chatbot must close the admin topic in the backend
- Execute the form in HR topic , show HR adpative card to the user
I checked https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/authoring-triggers and i an unable to understand how to use one of the trigger types to make this work
