User of outlook group email in approvals

Hi,

I used Outlook group email as an approver, and previously all the members of group email received approval notifications through Teams, and they could approve, reject, or reassign, but just last week I noticed that the approval actions were not visible in the MS Teams. The members of the group email need to go to the Power Automate approvals site instead of performing the approval using MS Teams.

Are there any updates as to why we encountered this?

    Hi Jaina,

I found the following Microsoft article about this.
If I understood you correctly, Microsoft does not support your idea about Teams.

    Greetings

I'm sorry, I forgot the link. Lol.

This used to work, I build quite a few Power Automations with dynamic 365 groups. I also had this issue starting on the 14/15th of this month.
Is there anything I can do about this besides updating the flows with a manual list of users? Maintaining the changes feels like another FT job lol.

My only thought would be to create a Teams notification of the approval and link the PA approval url.
