Hi, 
I try to create a flow with approval process, but after saving I have the next error.

Could you help me please, how can I fix this?

    There is some infrastructure that needs to be built and configured when creating a new environment. That process hasn't completed yet so you can't create a flow that uses approvals.  Wait for an hour or so and it should work.
