Adding Most Recent Comment from a SharePoint List to Email - Trigger

In all the research I have done, it appears that adding a comment to a line item in a SharePoint list is not considered modifying the item. What is the easiest way to trigger an email to be sent of the most recent comment when it is entered? I found an option where you can use a scheduler, but then I don't know how to get the dynamic content to be available in the flow which is needed for the "Get changes for an item or a file (properties only)" which I need to identifier just the last comment.

The user will receive an email when they're mentioned in the comment's section of the SharePoint List item. This feature has been built-in for a while now. However, the mentioned user won't get a Teams notification, only email for now.

It's true that the user who is mentioned will get a notification, but what if the user forgets to at mention anyone.  Then no one knows there's been a comment.  I've built a pretty useful support desk out of a SharePoint list and Power Automate, but the comment section is the biggest Achilles heel.  Users love to use the built-in comments tool inside a list item, but only 50% of users remember to at mention anyone.  I wish I could find a way to build a trigger condition off of this, but because it is not technically a column in the list, I can't figure it out.  Any ideas?
