Excel has a feature to mask cell data but it masks the entire cell and is not of the same length of the original text. Also you need to protect the workbook so that the masked cell value is not visible in the formula bar. Refer this.
Or you may have to find the right Custom Number format that masks part of the cell similar to this link.
You can try using the Parse text with the regular expression
Please test the regex for multiple scenarios using any online tester like https://regex101.com/.
