Send an email notification (v3) invalid email address

Hi I am new to power automate and trying to do create a simple flow that allows a file to be upload as per the screenshots below.  However I am getting an error on the To field on the Send an email notification (v3) I want to send the email to the person who selected the file and am sending the User Email field however when I look at the error the To field has TmlnZWwuSG9vcGVyQHN3aWZ0LmNvLnVr; in it what am I doing wrong?

    Hi @NigelHooper,

     

    This issue is caused by the User Email will be converted into base64 code. 

    As a workaround, we could use the decodeBase64() or base64ToString() function convert it into string, for example:
