Child flow I/O not showing up under parent flow in Desktop PA

From recently, I started running into an issue where child flow (Testing) I/O variables are not loaded correctly for me to edit when running them from an external parent flow (Testing2)

Can anybody please help figure out a solution? This used to be working just fine but for some reason I/O variables stopped showing up for any of my child flow when using 'Run Desktop Flow' on Power Automate Desktop, making it impossible for me to make use of Run Desktop Flow.

It's a bug in version 2.38. I suggest reporting it to MS support, and hopefully they'll release a fix soon.

Thank you Agnius - apologies for the basic question, but do you know where I can file this through support? I cannot seem to figure out where to file a ticket under Support here on the Power Powerusers platform

You should not do it via this forum. If you have a Premium license of Power Automate, do it via the Power Platform admin portal. This will get you to opening a new ticket: Help + support | Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com)

If you do not have a Premium license, you can do it via the Feedback hub in PAD:
