Recreating salesforce email-to-case

Hello,

I created a flow that whenever I receive an email from Outlook. from someone, it will trigger an action to create a case on salesforce and that case is assigned to me. The case would include the subject and body of the message from Outlook. Similar from “Email2Case” feature on salesforce. I was able to test it and it created a case with correct subject and body, however, I cant seem to make sure the case is assigned to me. The case owner is always a queue and not me (a user). Can anybody help me on this one? Thanks!

    Hi @SUPREMELUCKYM3 ,

Could you share a screenshot on how is your flow configured?

Have you selected a value to specify to which user the case will be assigned?

    Best regards,

    Mabel

    Hi @SUPREMELUCKYM3 ,

    Thanks for sharing the image.

It seems that there is no field for “Assigned to”.

I guess that it might be not possible to assign a record to certain people when creating the record.

Please consider submitting your request on Flow Ideas Forum at here:

    Best regards,

    Mabel
