The "Apply to each" (to build the array of attachments) needs to be inside the "Has attachments" scope. Also, can you show the "configure run after" settings for the two scopes? The first should have the "has failed" box checked and the second scope should have the "was skipped" box checked.

@MistrYpsilon did you try leaving everything as is, but setting the run after parse json has failed or timed out and then proceed with your flow like there were no attachments?

To use the "Flow bot" option, you need to add/install the Power Automate app in Teams.

I will really appreciate any help. I have done all the steps but the Parse JSON is failing when I test the flow without an attachment. I receive the error message:

Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Parse_JSON_of_file_upload' inputs at line '0' and column '0': 'Required property 'content' expects a value but got null. Path ''.'.

Can you help with what I am doing wrong please?

You're not doing anything wrong, but you need to adjust your flow to either NOT run the parse JSON step if there is no attachment, or configure the flow to NOT fail completely if that action fails. I prefer the latter approach. See https://youtu.be/jBTmX0cm6NU for the method I use.
