Can "When a new email arrives" trigger be used using legacy outlook (old outlook)?

I want to ask whether power automate can be used on legacy outlook. Because it went an error when I used legacy outlook.

    If your Outlook version can interpret HTML, it should be fine.

    Is your flow correctly forming the HTML structure?
