Can't see entities on CDS step

(0) ShareShare

I've been trying to create a simple flow with a recurrence as the trigger but whenever I try to use the CDS step to list/create I can't see any of the entities that I have on the environment

And maybe I'm wrong but I think my connectors are set up the way they should be

Anything that I'm missing? Used Power Automate on other environments before but that's the first time I'm facing this problem

    Hi @gcmaia ,

The "List records" action on my side is different with yours and it would has the Environment field as screenshot below:

It seems that the List records version is different with mine.

For your issue that "couldn't retrieve values", I would suggest to refresh the connection or create a new connection o see if the issue still exists.

    Best regards,

    Alice

hi @v-alzhan-msft I've tried with both connectors 😞 the one that used the "current environment" (The new CDS connector) and this one you've showed as well.

for the connection, I've also tried removing and recreating but it wasn't successful so far

    Hey @gcmaia ,

Have you tried using Dynamics 365 connectors? If not try it once and share the screenshot.

Also is your flow inside the solution or outside the solution?

Thanks for taking my inputs. If you're digging into it, a 'thumbs up' is appreciated! Or if my suggestion solved your issue, please Accept it as a solution. This way everyone would be able to get the solution if they face a similar problem.

    Warmly.

Yup! on my second pic I'm showing that I'm connected to both CDS connectors the new (current environment) and the old one.

and yes for the second question as well I've created the flow from inside the solution to make sure I had access to all the entities. 😕

    Hey @gcmaia ,

As per looks of it then, it might be worth a try to have a look at your licence (Power Automate & Power Apps Licences plans). Check if you plan may have expired or not. Because in my case i was having the issue with licence.

Sorry for the week of delay, @RishabBehl31. License doesn't seem to be the problem. Been also trying to reach out for Microsoft to find out what could be the issue as I still don't really understand what could be the cause

Thanks for the suggestions. It seems like it was something on Microsoft side, we placed a ticket and it seems to be resolved.

    Thanks for the help.
