How to Move Customization to CEO starter kit to Different Environment

Hello Power Addicts, this question is related to CEO Starter Kit

Suppose we wanted to have 3 CEO starter kit setup for dev, test, and production.

Now we have made some customization to some of the flows as per the customer's need...now they wanted the whole customizations of all the flows to move to the test environment...

what would be the best approach to move all the customization of CEO Starter kit from one environment to another?
